Senior Recruiting Coordinator

BillionToOne's first product, UNITY™ is the first and only prenatal screen that directly assesses the baby's risk for common and severe inherited disorders such as cystic fibrosis, spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), and hemoglobinopathies from a single tube of blood from the pregnant mother.

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support all of our coordination efforts across all of our hiring (onsite and remote). You will be the glue for our Recruiting team - we are looking for you to be a BillionToOne brand ambassador, somebody who can ensure that our candidate experience is world-class and running smoothly in every stage, at all times.

You’ll build strong working relationships with our candidates, hiring managers, and all the awesome people in our company. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our processes are efficient and meaningful for the rest of the organization and jump in to take on new projects to help us continuously raise the bar. This position is a hybrid position (onsite 3 days/week - mainly to greet/support onsite candidates) and will report to our Director of People Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure candidates are moving through our pipelines smoothly and efficiently by executing complex panel interviews across multiple time zones
• Own significant portions of candidate experience (scheduling, making travel arrangements, expense reimbursement, continuous feedback to the team)
• Partner and collaborate with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and stakeholders to be ready to answer any and all questions the candidates or interviewers might have
• Ensure that our high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment runs smoothly
• Be a brand ambassador of BillionToOne in every interaction
• Promote and extend a candidate experience that is positive, welcoming, and showcases BillionToOne’s culture and values
• Operate within our ATS, Greenhouse, to ensure data integrity and candidate stage accuracy
• Respond quickly, effectively, and predictably to urgent tasks, which you'll constantly need to prioritize

Requirements:

• 1+ year of coordinating interviews at a fast paced, growing company
• Quick learner, you are able to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Exceptional attention to detail, we juggle complex schedules and tough, timely requests
• Candidate-centric focus and drive to provide incredible and personalized interview experiences for every person we interact with. You love making candidates and interviewers feel welcome and comfortable.
• Strong problem-solving skills - you can fix an issue in a pinch without disruption to the candidate experience (and without breaking a sweat)
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently, with a get it done attitude.
• You have a positive attitude and demeanor at all times
• Collaborative team player and flexibility in taking on new assignments in a dynamic environment
• Desire to participate in broader Recruiting Ops initiatives and projects
• Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communications skills
• Strong critical thinking with a creative mindset
• You embrace change with a great attitude and are comfortable with ambiguity
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Experience with Greenhouse (ATS)

At BillionToOne, we are proud to offer a combination of a (1) base pay range (actual amount offered is based experience and salary/equity options split that the candidate chooses) (2) generous equity options offering, on top of (3) industry leading company benefits (free healthcare options, 401k match, very generous fully paid paternal leave etc.).

For this position, the base pay range is: $80,000 to $100,000 per year
