About the role - Senior Recruiting Coordinator

The Genesis Talent Team is looking for a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to be responsible for supporting and driving great outcomes on our team throughout various parts of the recruitment process. This role will play a key part in bringing top talent into our organization. The primarily focus will be on the day-to-day support of candidate and new hire requests. This includes arranging interviews across multiple locations and time zones, navigating different processes, tools and technologies, all while enhancing the candidate experience!
Primary responsibilities

• Consistently be ideating and executing towards building a world class candidate experience
• Assist in the coordination of all recruiting activities
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process by running point on candidate interviews (phone, video, in-person)
• Partner daily with the recruiting team to ensure project metrics are achieved
• Document, track, and maintain records and the status of requisitions in the applicant tracking system
• Manage pieces of offer process, including but not limited to creating and routing offer letters for approval
• Act as a guide for candidates through the onboarding process
• Edit and post and manage positions in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately and within the specified timeframe(s) with proper approval channels.
• Work with local universities/colleges and technical programs as well as other resources in sharing career opportunities.
• Coordinate ever-changing requests while maintaining efficient communication between candidates, recruiters, and all other stakeholders
• Post positions to external resources such as job boards, social networking sites, etc.
• Own and work on miscellaneous projects and programs to continually improve our hiring processes and systems
• Provide other administrative support to recruiters as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in a fast paced, highly collaborative working environment
• 2+ years of Recruiting Coordination experience and/or organizing & managing your own workload with a focus on details and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS is not required but preferred
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Technical agility and platform agnosticism - fast self-learner on different platforms, programs, apps
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within recruiting preferred
