Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Position Overview:

The Senior Recruiting Manager is responsible for managing the prioritization of open requisitions and ensuring the team meets industry standard metrics for offer accepts, hires and time to fill. It is critical that the successful candidate develop a strong partnership with the line leadership and become a trusted advisor. The Senior Recruiting Manager will provide staffing requirements in line of the Operating Groups program, while cultivating effective relationships with all stakeholders across both internal and external Operating Groups, and sectors. This position will require strong collaboration skills and ability to influence hiring decisions, will prove beneficial when driving the hiring decisions and activities of the recruiting team to meet the organizations staffing goals.

The ideal location for this position is Annapolis Junction, MD or Chantilly, VA, with options of hybrid support

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree and 8-10 years of recruiting experience OR in lieu of degree, 12+ years of related recruiting experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience supporting cleared work in the Intelligence community.
• Minimum of 5 years' leading or managing geographically dispersed recruiting teams in a high-volume environment.
• Experience collaborating with key business leaders and senior cross-functional partners.
• Experience translating data and analysis into strategic recruitment processes and recommendations.


Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience building and scaling technical recruitment teams
• Experience using Workday Recruiting
