Senior Recruiting Partner (US remote)

We have offices in Santa Clara, CA and Charlotte, NC for employees who prefer to work regularly or occasionally from an office.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient and high-quality talent acquisition
- Proactively source, screen, and qualify top talent to build a robust and diverse candidate pipeline that reflects the organization’s values and goals
- Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to design and implement tailored recruitment strategies
- Generate and analyze recruitment reports to measure key performance metrics, identify trends, and support data-informed decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve existing recruitment processes and introduce solutions to enhance efficiency
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing methods, promoting fair and equitable hiring practices
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining clear communication and guiding candidates seamlessly through the process
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to elevate our employer brand, ensuring it reflects the organization’s mission, culture, and values to attract top talent
- Bring enthusiasm and passion to our mission, inspiring candidates and stakeholders alike with your commitment to excellence and impact
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent years of professional experience
- Proven track record as a resourceful and results-oriented recruiter who thrives on connecting exceptional talent with opportunities
- Expertise in leveraging applicant tracking systems (Lever preferred) and HR databases to optimize recruitment workflows
- Familiarity with labor laws and a commitment to fostering compliance and equitable hiring practices
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- A knack for building relationships and promoting the employer brand through social and professional networks
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate shifting business priorities with confidence and positivity
- A passion for creating meaningful candidate experiences and contributing to a dynamic, mission-driven team
