Key responsibilities of the Senior Regional Sales Operations Manager

  • Support Zscaler Americas Sales Organization focused on alignment and partnership with the AMS Director of Sales Operations and global sales operations programs
  • Strategize and coordinate operational Americas sales GTM planning, in coordination with the Zscaler Global GTM annual planning program, including quota, territory creation and headcount management
  • Partner with the AMS Director of Sales Operations to lead a weekly, monthly and quarterly operating cadence, including forecasting, pipeline management and a business insights program for the GVP of Americas
  • Drive data driven insights to provide Sales Leadership, improving effectiveness of various initiatives and making data-driven recommendations to accelerate revenue growth
  • Identify operational and system productivity improvements to drive efficiency and increase capacity, partnering with the Sales Operations project management team to act as the business subject matter expert
  • Lead Global Programs for the Americas organization, partnering with both cross functional teams and the global sales operations teams, to be the glue across the global GTM organization
  • Support regular business reviews, such as QBRs and leading business indicators 
  • Work in key sales process applications including but not limited to Clari, SFDC and Tableau

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding and experience in GTM Strategies and annual fiscal planning
  • Excellent communication skills, written, interpersonal and presentation, across all levels of the organization from Executive to employee base
  • Successfully manage multiple concurrent projects, working independently and thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant Sales Operations or relevant experience preferred. 
  • Software/SaaS Industry experience is desirable, but not required
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required, MBA preferred
  • Proficiency in SFDC
  • Expert level Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$145,000—$170,000 USD
