Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle, including prospecting, meeting with potential customers face-to-face, and driving sales within an assigned territory. Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Territory DevelopmentĀ

Develop and grow a sales territory by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the region.Ā

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets and expand the customer base.Ā

Schedule and conduct in-person meetings to identify needs, demonstrate products and close sales.Ā

- Customer Relationships
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and in-person visits.Ā
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.Ā
- Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levelsĀ
- Sales ProcessĀ
- Execute a consultative sales process from prospect identification to investigating potential needs.Ā
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the value and benefits of the company's offerings.Ā
- Negotiate contracts and pricing and ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.Ā
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and support sales efforts.Ā
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce) software to record all sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports.Ā
All New Hires are required to successfully complete the New Hire Onboarding, earning a certification that demonstrates they possess the skills required to effectively master the roleĀ
Qualifications:
- Experience
- Strong hunter mentality required to open and expand new markets.Ā
- 5+ years of experience in outside sales, field sales, or related role, preferably in the tech/restaurant industryĀ
- Since this is a field position, you must have reliable transportation (will reimburse for mileage)Ā
- Self-motivated, creative, and flexibleĀ
- Experience with Salesforce CRMĀ
