The candidate will also have a strong interest in digital data analytics and be mathematically inclined.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Reporting Analyst:

    • Leverage advanced Tableau functionality (parameters, actions, complex calculations, etc.) to create internal business intelligence dashboards
    • Extract, combine, and filter data sets from data warehouse as well as utilizing external data sources by blending, according to client specifications to prepare analyses
    • Develop and create Tableau solutions for dashboards, scorecards, scheduled reports, ad hoc queries, and decision support
    • Analyze and translate business requirements to identify impacts, trends, and gaps
    • Own and deliver multiple BI projects on an ongoing, long-term and ad-hoc basis
    • Manage ongoing reporting processes and execute daily and monthly reports
    • Provide end user training and education programs to on-board and support power users for Business Intelligence tools

About You as the Senior Reporting Analyst:
    • Be able to think analytically and logically in solving business problems
    • Know what types of data must be analyzed to find the facts needed to solve these problems
    • Have the quantitative and software skills required for accessing the data, conducting the analysis, interpreting the results, and formulating solutions.
    • 5+ years of data analytics / business intelligence experience with 3+ years of experience using Tableau or similar BI tools, managing data sources and dashboards
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Strong communication skills, able to communicate clearly, in English (both written and spoken) across a broad range of technical and non-technical audiences
    • Strong consultative, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
    • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience)
