Senior Reporting Product Manager

Signifyd's growing product team is looking for a talented, curious, Senior Reporting Product Manager . You'll be joining a team focused on analytic workflows as the reporting PM where you'll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced team members located across the US, UK, and Brazil.
In this role, you will work with our Sales, Customer Success teams, and our customers directly to understand needs and pain points, and provide a consistently robust and high quality experience. The ideal candidate is adept at understanding true customer needs, converting these to reporting requirements, working with Engineering, and managing the launch of all reporting solutions to customers.
You will contribute to all aspects of the product process, discovery, competitive research, usage analytics, and concepts. You'll also work diligently to align with the company objectives and with Engineering to bring the best product experience to life.
Responsibilities:
- Own the existing reporting solutions, continuous enhancements, and roadmap
- Prioritize and maintain a balance between on-going maintenance/bugs, new feature requests and a need to keep reporting solutions continuously evolving with changes in merchant needs and competitor landscape
- Ability to do a "tear-down" exercise with competing or other best-in-class products to inform areas of improvement or trends that we can learn from
- Train and develop resources for our internal customer success and sales teams to enable their success with customers
- Define metrics to demonstrate "success" and "progress" as it relates to business metrics
- Understand the complexities of the ecommerce landscape and identify areas where Signifyd can continue to differentiate itself as it relates to your product area
- Provide the right level of support and direction to keep the product design and engineering teams working efficiently and aligned with the overall product strategy
- Participate in regular ceremonies (stand ups, retrospective, planning meeting) and be engaged with the teams and stakeholders throughout the product life cycle

Our ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of UX or enterprise product management experience
- 2+ years of experience delivering products with a high-degree of analytics and reporting complexity
- Experience working with either retailers or payments solutions
- Deep empathy for and the ability to distill customer use cases into reporting solutions
- Excellent at describing and aligning people around a problem
- Excellence in written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate & communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to provide execution details through product specs and user stories
- Excellence in data and analytical skills including the ability to define and decompose relevant metrics and perform data analysis through BI tools such as Looker
- Knowledgeable at working with product design and research
- Desire to mentor other product managers or open to people management in the future

(Colorado and New York City only*) Minimum salary of $145,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salaries are determined by role, level, and location. The salary minimum displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
