Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 1.5–3 years of work experience in secondary research or market intelligence.

- Fluency in written and spoken English, with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with a global team.

- Ability to understand the structure and functioning of diverse industries.

- Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.

- Self-motivated with a proven ability to take initiative.

- Commitment to long-term development with the flexibility to handle multiple tasks and tight timelines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Position Summary:

The Senior Researcher is responsible for meeting partner account expectations by delivering high-quality research, analyzing performance metrics, and mentoring junior team members to develop their research skills. This role also involves contributing to account management by owning select deals and delivering exceptional, "best in class" research execution in complex and challenging situations. We value teamwork, and this role requires close collaboration with the global team to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

Research

- Craft and execute research strategies to meet project timelines and benchmarks.

- Leverage investment documents to inform and refine research approaches.

- Conduct secondary research across diverse industries to identify industry executives and consultants who can assist in due diligence by serving as advisors, operating partners, and board members.

- Synthesize research findings and insights to create high-quality deliverables.

Project Management

- Independently lead projects, effectively resolving challenges to ensure deadlines are met with high-quality standards.

- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, suggesting alternate research strategies.

- Collaborate across teams to understand account priorities and efficiently deliver on multiple projects to meet pipeline requirements.

- Monitor efficiency and quality using key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Team Guidance

- Support researchers and actively contribute to identifying, codifying, and teaching best practices.

Process Improvements

- Participate in initiatives to enhance team effectiveness, optimize workflows, and improve research processes.
