Senior Research Associate

We’re looking for a collaborative, organized and hardworking Senior Research Associate, who has a strong interest in the pre-IPO space. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop in depth research on individual tech companies to build company profiles
• Review content produced by the Research team to ensure that products are of the highest quality and error-free
• Manage analysts to help develop their skill sets and abilities
• Take on outside requests from various teams as it relates to our company research
• Review and participate in pricing due diligence and construction of offering documents/related content
• Conduct analysis and write whitepapers on research related topics

THE RIGHT STUFF

• 3+ years’ prior experience in fundamental investment research or analysis 
• 1+ years of experience managing or mentoring junior team members
• Demonstrated ability to write clear and concise investment analyses
• Desire to learn about pre-IPO tech companies across markets and industry verticals
• Basic understanding of corporate finance and accounting concepts
• Strong experience in MS Office (PPT, XLS) 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Organized and responsive with strong attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking skills. Candidates should be able to demonstrate their ability to think through investment implications of industry news/events.
• Passion for the tech sector and investment process

• SIE and Series 7 licenses
