Senior Research Associate / Scientist, Biophysics

The Opportunity:

Our innovative biophysics group is looking for a talented scientist to join the team!  The ideal candidate will apply their unique set of skills to develop novel binding assays to a wide range of targets and drug modalities.  You will work closely with passionate biophysicists, collaborate with energetic, multi-disciplinary scientists and play an essential part in driving drug discovery programs.

Your Role:

• Work hands-on in the lab using a wide range of biophysical techniques for hit-finding, hit-validation, MOA studies and to drive chemistry
• Clearly communicate findings and collaborate with projects teams to make data-driven decisions
• Use creativity and problem-solving skills to develop assays for a diverse set of targets and drug modalities
• As an integral member of the group, you will help support projects in different stages of drug discovery

Your Background:

• Biophysicist / Biochemist with direct experience developing biophysical assays (SPR, DSF, MST, ITC) to monitor binding of small molecules and elucidate mechanisms of action. SPR experience is required. Drug discovery experience is a plus.
