  • Identify patterns, trends, correlations, and causal relationships within behavioral health and other program datasets.
  • Summarize analytical findings into detailed reports, briefs, and visualizations for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on methodology, quality review, and professional development.
  • Present findings to federal government clients and respond to inquiries, ensuring deliverables align with project goals and client expectations.
  • Support ongoing project communications, including analysis of survey and open-ended data, and contribute to project documentation and reporting.
  • Requirements:

    • Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or PhD with 2+ years of experience in public health, social sciences, public policy, statistics, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in statistical software (Python, R, SAS), qualitative analysis tools (NVivo, ATLAS.ti, MAXQDA, Dedoose), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
    • Strong experience with mixed-methods research, behavioral health datasets, and opioid-related datasets (e.g., HRSA, CDC WONDER, claims data).
    • Demonstrated ability in advanced quantitative methods, including complex survey analysis, sample weighting, and multivariate modeling.
    • Experience managing or mentoring junior analysts and reviewing analytical outputs for accuracy and quality.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex findings to diverse audiences.
    • Experience interacting with federal clients or stakeholders, including presenting results and managing communications, is a plus.
    • Familiarity with survey programming (Alchemer, SurveyMonkey) and proposal/grant writing is desirable.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary with compensation commensurate with experience.
      • Fully remote work environment providing flexibility and work-life balance.
      • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
      • Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave.
      • Opportunities for professional development and mentorship.
      • Collaborative and supportive team culture focused on growth and impact.
