We’re looking for a partner-in-crime, Sr. Resource Manager, to join our dynamic team and support resourcing efforts across our Health account team and Crisis & Risk practice. As the Sr. Resource Manager, you will be an integral part of a team, supporting casting efforts for the most iconic global brands in the world. You will be charged with introducing teams and clients to the power of building a strong workforce, a stellar talent bench, and casting the right talent.

The Sr. Resource manager will be responsible for aiding the management and maximization of staffing resources, providing accurate and insightful reporting and analysis to leadership and project teams.Â
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the broader US Resource Management team and leadership on staffing needs and ensure requests are fulfilled efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Manage traffic requests and casting assignments through resource management tools to ensure real-time changes are tracked and updated accurately, including management of schedule boards and capacity reports.
- Flag and advise on issues/gaps to appropriate leadership and help problem solve.
- Provide day-to-day support of interdepartmental resource sharing across divisions; review resource capacity to ensure optimal utilization.
- Support utilization reporting and other staffing metrics to executive leadership on a regular cadence, highlighting trends, opportunities, and concerns.
- Develop relationships across the organization to understand skill sets, passion points, and current workload for all talent.
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a resource manager and/or project manager (agency experience preferred), Communications Marketing, and/or related fields
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Highly organized, proactive individual who excels in time management and a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of marketing, communications, and public relations.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Stays calm under pressure, managing tight deadlines and multi-tasking large and small tasks.
- Viewed as a trusted advisor with a successful track record of building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable being accountable to multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong conflict resolution and problem-solving ability.
- Analytical and experienced in evaluating data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
- Eager and quick to learn new responsibilities with ease and confidence.
- Empathetic, collaborative, and consummate professional.
- Rational problem-solver, who seeks out information to make informed decisions quickly.
- Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to adapt style for varying situations and stakeholders and clearly articulate needs and next steps
- Proficient in basic Office software and programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PPT), and some familiarity with project/resource management systems (e.g., Smartsheet, Power BI 10K, etc).
- Ability to handle sensitive situations, information, and conversations with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Experience in Healthcare marketing, PR, or advertising preferred.Â
