OpenNet.pl is a leading provider of technological solutions for the logistics industry. We have been a part of the Allegro Group since 2021 and together we are working on the green Allegro One Box parcel machines, of which there are nearly 3 000 across Poland!

We guarantee work on complex programming projects that will undoubtedly expand your skills using the latest technologies and design patterns. Additionally, you will actively participate in the analysis and creation of new solutions delivered to our clients.

We are looking for people who:

  • Have strong organizational skills

  • Have strong communication skills (verbal & written)

  • Have Problem-solving skills

  • Have experience in managing various internal and external stakeholders

  • Will become the owner of the process, will be able to critically look at the process, and optimize it with time

  • Have a minimum 5 years of professional experience in relevant positions

  • Knows English (minimum B2 level) and Polish (minimum C2 level)

The following are also a plus:

  • Background in the IT sector, especially in cooperation with Contractors and / or external clients

  • Proficient use of Google Workspace (Drive, Google Sheets, Docs)

  • Background in HR Administration / Administration / Contractors management

Your main responsibilities:

  • Administrative task management: Organizing and overseeing the administrative processes connected to cooperation with contractors, in a timely manner. Administrative tasks will include: support in processing agreements, support in processing invoices in the internal system, creating purchase orders in the internal system, managing documentation circulation including protocols, 

  • Verification, and approval of additional costs based on the budget

  • Close cooperation with other departments involved in the process

  • Preparing reports for the board

  • Managing communication with internal and external stakeholders including contractors and clients.

  • Managing ad-hoc requests from internal clients
