Senior Revenue Accountant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Revenue Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will manage all aspects of revenue recording and contract administration, ensuring compliance and accuracy in our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and reconcile all incoming revenue and cash receipts in Great Plains.
• Maintain permanent accounting files and assist with daily deposits and cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly billing reports for various programs, including MassHealth and DDS.
• Manage contracts with DDS, DCF, and other agencies, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
• Analyze financial data, prepare variance reports, and assist in budget forecasting.
• Support the annual audit process and maintain comprehensive financial records.

Qualifications:

• Experience in accounting or finance, with proficiency in financial software (Great Plains preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Valid Driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Must pass company background and reference checks
