We are seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Accounting Analyst to provide support during Adobe's transition to SAP S/4 HANA. You will provide support for the Revenue Accounting and Operations organization's daily tasks and support the project through the Production Acceptance Testing (PAT) phase. We partner across the company with key collaborators in Revenue Accounting Operations, FP&A, BU Product Marketing, Sales Operations and Technology Services to ensure accuracy and consistency of external and internal financial accounting and reporting data. Our candidate is a strategic thinker and can communicate complex information to broad and multifaceted audiences. We provide excellent services for measuring results and driving insights for our finance community.

What you'll Do

Work on ad-hoc requests for analytics or special projects in a timely manner

Assist with the upgrade of our revenue accounting systems to SAP S/4 HANA

Coordinate with various teams across the Revenue Accounting and Operations organization to understand business requirements and design solutions

Support the project through the Production Acceptance Testing (PAT)

Create and test revenue relevant data models

What you need to succeed

BA/BS in Finance or Accounting

Minimum 4-6 years of related experience required (Software industry and/or CPA firm experience preferred)

Broad knowledge of technical application of ASC606 and all other current authoritative literature related to revenue recognition is required, with an emphasis on Software and SAAS principles

Experience and understanding of the Quote to Cash cycle

Proven record of guiding a project from requirements setting to Production Acceptance Testing (PAT); knowledge of agile methods is preferred

Proven ability to drive large-scale planning processes that involve multiple business partners

Experience working with complex data models

High attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to lead, set objectives, and seek to results

Proven record of delivery and ability to assess and prioritize competing demands

Hands on experience with SAP Order to Cash

Interest in design, project management, and collaboration
