Cornerstone is seeking for a self-motivated, numbers-driven, and confident Analyst to join a fast-growing collaborative Revenue Operations team. Instrumental to the success of our revenue growth, the analyst will support America's sales analytics and support weekly forecasting to exceed Annual Operating Plan. Beyond pulling data and creating reports, this individual should be comfortable tackling complex business problems, proactively surface risks / opportunities in sales data trends, and become a trusted business across functional stakeholders. In this role you will

• Develop a thorough understanding of the business through proactive data analysis
• Deliver precise, clear, and consistent quantitative analysis to support America's sales
• Support preparation of strategic and tactical reports/dashboard/presentation to support sales performance
• Support forecasting accuracy and discipline; instill pipeline hygiene, manage forecast reporting, and proactively communicate risks/opportunities trends
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize CRM data collection and reporting standards
• Assist with ad-hoc and special data projects to support global go-to-market strategies

You've got what it takes if you

• Have a bachelor's degree
• Have 3+ years in sales or revenue analytics, a plus if there was a focus on Forecasting
• Have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; e.g., Tables/Pivot Tables/Index-Match/Nested Ifs/Lookups
• Have experience working in BI tools such as Clari / salesforce.com / Einstein Analytics / Tableau / PowerBI
• Have exceptional organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and strong business acumen
• Are able to deal with ambiguity, and work well under pressure to meet short deadlines
• Are proactive, dependable, detailed oriented and have a self-starter work ethic
• Demonstrate logical and analytical thinking; able to influence organization at all levels
• Preferably, have experience working in a SaaS company, preferably B2B company
• Have general appetite for data and intellectual curiosity
• Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
• Consideration for privacy and security obligations

The ability to complete this step: There will be a forecasting case study given to evaluate presentation, ability to articulate/summarize data, and the ability to manage data. We estimate this could take from 1-3 hours of your time

Total Rewards:

At Cornerstone, our transparent total rewards program is based on three core tenets: equitable pay, market dynamic research, and skill-based appraisal.

The base salary range for this position is: $72300 - $115700 USD

In addition to competitive base pay, the compensation package for this role may include other incentives like bonus or commission, along with a generous benefits package. Additional base pay may be available if you reside in a high-cost metro area (New York City or San Francisco Bay Area).

This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position. Where an individual's pay falls within the range is determined by factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
