We are seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst to enhance our reporting framework and optimize our sales process through reporting and analysis for our Sales and Strategic Accounts team. 


In the Revenue Division, we are responsible for the entire commercial funnel, from Marketing and Sales to Pricing and Strategic Accounts.


As a Senior Revenue Analyst, you will be critical in helping our Sales Reps be effective and optimize any efficiencies in the part of the funnel where the Sales team has their domain. You will, therefore, have a special focus on assisting the Sales team to optimize the way they work by reporting on deal activities such as conversion rate, sales cycles, activities, lead generation, pipeline health, as well as performance (ARR, Deal Size, Discounting). With Strategic Accounts, you will support them, ensuring they reach their targets by reporting on Net Revenue Retention.


You will work in a team of three and report to the Head of Pricing and Revenue Insights, but you will work closely with the Head of Sales and Head of Strategic Accounts and assist their teams in succeeding.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Sales Performance: Utilize advanced analytics to empower our Sales Representatives, focusing on areas such as conversion rates, sales cycles, lead generation, and pipeline health. Provide insights to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strategic Account Support: Collaborate closely with the Strategic Accounts team to ensure they meet targets, particularly in terms of net revenue retention. Analyze key metrics such as ARPA, churn, expansion, and upsell to promote growth.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting mechanisms for both Sales and Strategic Account teams. Making data easily accessible with dashboards and presenting actionable insights to Management and Team Leads.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously analyze data trends to identify opportunities for process optimization. Gather input from sales reps and translate it into actionable recommendations for sales management.
  • CRM Management: Leverage your expertise in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, to ensure data accuracy and usability for sales teams.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience supporting revenue/sales teams in a similar role.
  • Analytical Skills: Good analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and BI reporting tools.
  • Communication: Good communication skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment while also demonstrating independence and initiative.
  • CRM Proficiency: In-depth working knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is required.
  • Adaptability: Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results even in situations with incomplete information.
