Senior Revenue Billing Specialist

As a part of the Syndigo accounting team, the Senior Revenue Billing Specialist is responsible for the billing of all revenue in a timely and accurate manner. The role will be key to the success of delivering accurate and on-time billing to our customers.
HOW WE'LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

• Create and bill out all revenue in a timely manner
• Audit Salesforce Opportunities for Accuracy
• Review Client Agreements for Billing purposes
• Manage remedy tickets for billing team and resolve in a timely and accurate manner
• Deliver and manage all billing requirements through the required customer portals
• Meet stated financial goals and objectives on a monthly basis
• Ensure internal control and financial integrity over the revenue management process
• Define and document recommendations for process improvement
• Contribute to Intercompany communication and cohesiveness

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU

• Proven experience as a Revenue Billing Specialist or similar
• Salesforce and Netsuite exposure a plus
• Ability to read and understand contracts
• Strong math skills are a plus when calculating contract pro-rata amounts
• Familiar with billing schedules and ability to manage manual billing outside of the system
• Proficient in Excel and MS Word
• Must have strong attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
• Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks to a deadline
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Self-starter, trustworthy and can work independently
