The Role:

Sauce Labs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Enablement Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Director, Global Revenue Enablement, the Go-to-Market Revenue Enablement Specialist is responsible for equipping the go-to-market (GTM) team with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to effectively sell and support our products. This role involves developing and delivering enablement tooling for new product releases, feature updates, tools, processes, and sales methodologies. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in large-scale project or program management, and enablement or training experience in the B2B software space. Prior experience in a customer-facing role as an Account Executive, Inside Sales Representative, or Customer Success Manager is desirable. 

Responsibilities:

Training Development and Delivery:

  • Create, implement, and deliver training programs for change management protocols, methodologies, new product releases and feature updates. You are comfortable facilitating training programs to globally distributed teams and proactively seeking out ways that will drive adoption while simultaneously addressing and meeting the needs of the interconnected GTM leaders and stakeholders. 
  • Develop training materials, including presentations, guides, playbooks, one pagers, and e-learning modules. You are also comfortable with driving accountability with participants and ensuring that the materials you’ve helped craft are actively leveraged by the team at-large.


Sales Enablement:

  • Partner with the Director of Global Revenue Enablement to craft enablement programs to drive organizational value in alignment with overall company goals
  • Working closely with Product Marketing Managers, deliver Sales Plays and resources to the GTM organization, monitoring consumption of collateral while gathering feedback.  
  • Equip the GTM team with tools, resources, and processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to the various teams to reinforce training and drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.

Product Knowledge & Subject Matter Expertise:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments and industry trends in the ever-evolving testing space.
  • Ensure the GTM team has a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
  • Remain current with emerging trends in the enablement space and bring innovative learning to Sauce to help drive a mindset of “continuous improvement”. 


Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve enablement programs to enhance their effectiveness and impact. Derive data points from various sources to model resource consumption and efficacy.
  • Gather feedback from the GTM team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Analyze training outcomes and performance metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for growth.


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with product management, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to align on product messaging and positioning.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated enablement efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with the GTM team to ensure they are informed and engaged with training initiatives.


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; relevant certifications in sales or enablement are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a revenue enablement, program management, or similar role within the B2B software space.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs for sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of B2B software sales and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • A keen attention to detail
  • Ability to craft engaging and easy to understand resources. 
  • Ability to create engaging and impactful training materials.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with e-learning platforms and/or content management systems
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Seismic.
  • Experience with sales methodologies and processes, such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, SPIN, or Challenger Sale.

As a result, Saucers located near an office location must be able and willing to come into the office. Those hired remotely must be able and willing to travel to an office as required by the specific role.

Your base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, along with its relationship to the base salaries of current team members at Sauce Labs that are similarly situated.

US Compensation Range

$125,000—$175,000 USD
