In this role, you will act as a key connector across Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and Business Systems, ensuring seamless alignment across the full quote-to-cash lifecycle. You will own deal desk operations, supporting accurate, compliant, and fast deal execution while enabling sales teams to structure complex transactions effectively. This position also plays a strategic role in revenue planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, helping leadership make data-driven decisions. You will leverage CRM and analytics tools to surface insights into pipeline health, deal trends, and sales effectiveness. Accountabilities:

  • Manage end-to-end quote-to-cash operations, including order management, deal structuring, approvals, and booking accuracy.
  • Act as the primary deal desk partner for Sales, supporting complex or non-standard deals and ensuring timely resolution of escalations.
  • Support revenue planning processes including territory design, segmentation, and quota-setting in collaboration with leadership.
  • Maintain and improve data integrity across Salesforce and related systems, ensuring accurate reporting and operational alignment.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor pipeline health, deal trends, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance.
  • Enforce pricing governance, bookings policies, and compliance standards across deal execution workflows.
  • Identify inefficiencies across revenue operations and drive scalable process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Support sales teams with reporting and insights for QBRs, forecasting cycles, and executive business reviews.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk roles within SaaS or high-growth environments.
    • Proven expertise in managing quote-to-cash processes, including pricing, discounting, approvals, and deal structuring.
    • Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, along with advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
    • Solid understanding of SaaS revenue metrics such as ARR, ACV, pipeline coverage, and conversion rates.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
    • Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and Business Systems teams.
    • Familiarity with forecasting and pipeline tools such as Clari or equivalent platforms is a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support senior stakeholders and sales leadership.
