The opportunity

The Senior Revenue Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the operations of the sales, client success, and marketing departments. This person ensures that the interaction between these departments is aligned with the larger company-wide strategy directed by senior leadership. They will have the ability to apply your experience across these teams to help drive revenue growth.


What you'll do

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to improve processes and reporting 
  • Build and maintain strong, internal relationships with stakeholders
  • Report on trends and provide strategic insights to revenue, marketing and client success
  • Manage and coach team members and direct reports
  • Ad hoc responsibilities as needed to support the teams
  • Provide insight to and consult with sales and marketing to drive strategic decisions
  • Work with sales executives to build reports and dashboards to support pre-sales inquiries
  • Create streamlined workflows across the full customer lifecycle; map revenue processes against them
  • Calculate sales commissions monthly
  • Track sales performance and renewals 
  • Support integrated applications, including ZoomInfo, Conga, Salesloft, Sales Navigator, Chorus, and more
  • Automate reporting and provide month-over-month, quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year metrics and graphs
  • Monitor licenses and usage across the tech stack

  • 1-5+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing operations
  • 1+ years of experience working in or the equivalent of Salesforce and Tableau
  • 1+ years of management experience
  • Ability to manage projects, navigate priorities, and coach a team to do the same
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to create streamlined workflows, build strong reporting, and provide analysis of data to identify business trends and opportunities
  • Superior time management skills
  • Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively
  • Self-starter with a growth mentality

Salary Range
TechnologyAdvice seeks to hire top-tier individuals across the world and intends for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision.   
Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.

Annual pay range

$70,000—$85,000 USD
