The Role
As the Senior Rewards & Compensation Analyst, you are responsible for the total rewards and compensation elements of all of Bloomerang. You handle the tactical aspects of total rewards and comp providing strategic recommendations and helping to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- The ability to effectively analyze data and provide actionable reports
- Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic skills
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgment
- Proven experience with compensation analysis and total rewards
What You Need to Succeed
- Researching, analyzing, evaluating and administering the company's Total Rewards programs
- Researching and implementing leveling and pay structures in accordance with Bloomerang’s Compensation Philosophy
- Job Matching and participating in third-party compensation market surveysÂ
- Conducting ad-hoc compensation analysis
- Assisting with open enrollment process annually
- Forecasting and presenting proposals to People Team and Finance Leadership
- Managing the merit cycle process bi-annually
- Maintaining and improving the Compensation Repository
- Upkeep of processes for pay transparency including updating ranges
- Planning/executing for future international expansion/acquisitions/integrations as it pertains to Total Rewards

Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $100,500 - $136,500. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.Â
