Through cross-functional collaboration and analytical problem solving, you will enable teams across our organization to make smarter, better, and faster decisions.
What you'll do as a Senior Risk Analyst

  • Manage weekly reporting and insights for our operations partners up through senior leadership. Example areas include: hypothesis testing for new signals and modeling, new data testing, and vendor solution testing/recommendations.
  • Build and maintain a reporting suite to support critical initiatives and inform stakeholders.
  • Stitch various disparate data sources together to magnify insights across the company's operations teams.
  • Dive into different systems such as DBs, CRMs, and bespoke internal tooling to understand and explain how DK systems holistically interact.
  • Drive process improvements through data powered recommendations.
  • React real-time to various threats to the business by evaluating alerts, assessing capacity and priorities, and delivering recommendations to drive value.
  • Create high-quality communications to align key stakeholders across the business.
  • Work cross-functionally to analyze and highlight important customer behaviors.

What you'll bring

  • 4+ years of professional analytics experience.
  • 1+ year in fraud or operations analytics.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Python.
  • Experience building simple frameworks and finding solutions to complex problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver compelling, data driven presentations.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
