Senior Risk Manager, (Trading, 24/7 team)

5 days a week, 8 hours a day, 1 hour break each day

Shift A: 1:30am to 10:30am Fridays to Tuesdays

Shift B: 5:30pm to 2:30am Mondays to Wednesdays, 9:30am to 6:30pm Weekends

Shift C: 1:30am to 10:30am Wednesdays & Thursdays, 5:30pm to 2:30am Fridays to Sundays

Monitor risk-related solutions for our crypto asset trading products, including mark price, liquidation system, and insurance fund.

Identify potential market risks and propose suggestions for optimizing risk control parameters to reduce the probability of losses from abnormal events and increase the amount and growth rate of the insurance fund.

Monitor real-time market data and risk indicators, and quickly identify abnormalities and potential risks. Upon discovering potential risks, take appropriate actions to manage reports and implement a risk control plan.

Collaborate with product managers on the utilization of risk monitoring tools to identify and analyze malicious user behavior. You will also be responsible for implementing risk control restrictions on malicious users, forming processing reports, and reporting to compliance and legal teams.

Gain an in-depth understanding of the platform's risk control mechanisms and principles, and by monitoring the market, propose suggestions for optimizing our risk systems.

Strong interest in trading, blockchain, and the financial industry.

At least 3 years of experience in Risk Management, preferably in the trading domain.

Strong sensitivity to data, with excellent data analysis skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent logical thinking and a team player who takes ownership.

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional settings to solve problems and achieve goals aligned with the team's objectives.
