Job Description
As a Senior Risk Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with the stringent and changing regulations of the FCA and CNB in the area of risk management and will be cooperating with colleagues across whole Europe.
What we expect from you:
- Maintain and enhance the risk management framework
- Regularly update the risk and internal control register
- Testing of key internal controls across the Group and all processes
- Provide input for ExCo and Board reporting
- Responsibility for the incident management process - collection of incident reports, investigation and processing of incidents into standardized incident templates
- Administrative support for the Group-wide insurance agenda
- Perform Risk and Controls Self-Assessment (RCSA) on new projects and other significant initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in operational risk management
- Experience with regulated entities
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Intermediate knowledge of MS tools - Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- International business experience is an advantage
- Experience in IT Risk and Business Continuity is an advantage
