Senior RPA Developer

Infosys is seeking Senior Blueprism and Power automate RPA Developers for New York.You will closely work with clients in realizing their objectives from automation initiatives. You are expected to have prior experience in end-to-end implementation of RPA bots that includes identification of 'right' automation opportunities, designing 'optimum' solutions, implementing using 'best in class' practices, deploying the bots to production, and continuous service improvement post-production.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of New York, NY , or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

• 12+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7+ years of hands-on expertise in RPA tools like Blue Prism and Power automate.
• Strong hands-on expertise in the Blue Prism RPA tool (certification preferred).
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Deep understanding of the utility domain, particularly in customer service and billing areas.
• Possess strong SQL knowledge and ability to write complex queries to analyze business requirements.
• Proficiency in integrating Blue Prism with external applications like mainframes, databases, and APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies in automation projects.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate in automation solutions.
• Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and governance frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Blue Prism workflows and infrastructure.
• Monitor and optimize bot performance and scalability to meet business objectives.
• Knowledge of best practices for RPA governance, deployment, and maintenance.
