We are looking for a skilled RPA Engineer with expertise in UiPath to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions to optimize and automate our business processes.

Information Security Responsibilities

• Awareness on information security measures such as acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, password security
• Understand and report security risks and how they impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
• Understand how data is stored, processed, or transmitted from a Data privacy and protection standpoint

Key Responsibilities

• RPA Development: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UIPath to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze business process requirements.
• Solution Design: Create and document detailed solution designs, including process flow diagrams and technical architecture.
• Bot Development: Build and configure UIPath robots (bots) to execute defined business processes.
• Testing and Validation: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and performance of RPA solutions.
• Deployment: Deploy RPA solutions in the production environment and ensure smooth handover to the operations team.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide post-deployment support and maintenance for RPA bots, including troubleshooting and bug fixing.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all RPA solutions, including technical specifications, user guides, and process documentation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of RPA solutions with existing systems.
• Training: Provide training and guidance to junior developers and end-users on UIPath and RPA best practices.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in RPA development with a focus on UIPath.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing RPA solutions in a business environment.
• Proficiency in UIPath Studio, UIPath Orchestrator, and other UIPath components.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• UIPath certification (e.g., UIPath RPA Developer Advanced Certification).
• Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Knowledge of integrating RPA with AI and machine learning technologies.
• Experience with cloud-based RPA solutions.
