Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust features for web-based applications.
• Define and improve APIs that serve customer needs and integrate with existing systems.
• Maintain and enhance existing application features, adapting to evolving business requirements.
• Advocate for coding, testing, and performance best practices within the engineering team.
• Collaborate with product, design, and customer success teams to deliver features aligned with user needs.
• Participate in AI-powered projects, contributing to automation and data structuring initiatives.
• Review and refactor code to ensure maintainability, scalability, and performance standards.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience building and maintaining production-grade Ruby on Rails applications.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, database design, and scalable backend development.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and related backend technologies.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies including React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Heroku, and infrastructure automation tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fully remote environment.
• Outcome-oriented mindset, capable of taking projects from inception to completion independently.
• Interest or experience in AI/ML technologies, particularly for content generation or data structuring.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about clean, maintainable code.
