Responsibilities

  • Designing developing and maintaining Ruby on Rails applications
  • Implementing Hotwire and Stimulus to enhance user experience
  • Leading and mentoring junior developers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features
  • Ensuring the performance quality and responsiveness of applications

Requirements

  • 5 years of Ruby on Rails developer
  • Experience with Hotwire and Stimulus frameworks
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript HTML and CSS
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
