Organized in 2018, NUTS Finance is a blockchain development lab focused on creating the building blocks to enable financial applications on the blockchain.

We launched Tapio Protocol in 2021, a synthetic asset protocol for liquid staking tokens and raised over $4 million from industry leading institutional investors including: Polychain Capital, Hypersphere, Arrington and more.

Our lastest DeFi protocol, Pike a native cross-chain money market was launched at the end of 2023 and we have raised over $6.4m from our own community and users.

We are looking for someone who:

• Deep understanding of our specific tech stack (NextJS, GraphQL, TypeScript, Vercel)
• Has a hands-on experience building programs with Anchor framework leveraging latest Solana features, such as V0 transactions with Address Lookup Tables.
• Has a deep understanding of the Solana blockchain architecture and its unique features, such as the Proof of History consensus and BPF Upgradeable Loader mechanisms.
• Is proficient in Rust.
• Has a strong track record of developing, deploying, and maintaining smart contracts on the Solana blockchain, with work experience in respected Solana projects.
• Good understanding of DevOps culture and experience running 24/7 infrastructure services under large scale
• Is knowledgeable about common security pitfalls in smart contract development and how to avoid them.
• Brings hands-on DeFi user experience and insights.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize decentralized smart contracts and applications (dApps) on the Solana blockchain, prioritizing speed, scalability, and security.
• You will be a main point of contact for internal and external teams for alignment on expectations, roadmaps, status updates and priorities.
• Maintain and upgrade existing smart contracts in a backward-compatible manner.
• Contribute to the overall architecture and design of new and existing systems.
• Work closely with devs to proactively identify tech needs — scaling solutions, monitoring and metrics, incident response procedures, etc.
• Work closely with security auditors — while ensuring timely project deliveries
• Coordinate with various teams on integrations, incl. deployments to new chains, and refine strategies for adding new integrations to our products
