We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to passionately support the Onboarding module within our HCM suite.

Primary duties and responsibilities• Manage the technology lifecycle of new products, features and enhancements - conceptualization, requirements gathering, product specification, implementation review, and release• Define and manage vehicles for collecting customer feedback; gather data and evaluate new product ideas for financial and market potential• Work with product planning and development on new products, current product enhancements, and ensure product differentiation in the market• Define product features and represent business requirements to the technology organization through product requirement documents• Support engineering in resolving functional questions throughout the development effort• Participate with product marketing and service planning during launch• Evaluate business opportunities to optimize the product portfolio through analysis and understanding of targeted markets, market trends, customer business issues, and the competitive landscape• Participate in sales and service training• Work with marketing, learning, product support, presales, and enablement teams in positioning products, designing demos, developing training courses, etc• Act as primary point of contact and guide a cross-functional team to ensure whole-product readiness

Qualifications

We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor nor transfer visas for this position, however.

Minimum requirements• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline or equivalent experience • 3 or more years' experience in product management• Proven track record of delivering software products and features in an agile environ• Ability to travel domestically and internationally• Ability to work in the Weston FL office 3 days a week

Preferred skills and personality traits• Excellent problem-solving and organization skills• An obsession with delivering value to the customer• Ability to work successfully within a team and manage a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities• Experience guiding individuals with different personalities and styles to a common outcome, inspiring and leading development teams without management authority• Ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders
