Senior SailPoint Engineer

The Role

As a SailPoint Engineer, you will lead and work closely with other Information Security Engineers to architect, deploy and manage our IAM vision, with SailPoint being the centerpiece. You will assist with the development and deployment of our Zero Trust Architecture. This will enable you to be part of a wide range of complex challenges and get a deep understanding of our technology. You will report directly to the CISO and have continuous exposure to the highest levels of Management. 

How You’ll Help Take Us There 

• Lead the deployment (hands-on), implementation, and final design of SailPoint 
• Utilizing SailPoint to implement comprehensive lifecycle management to include:
  • User On-Boarding
  • User Off-Boarding 
  • Automated Entitlement Reviews 
  • Identification of Toxic Combination
• Liaise with development teams and product managers to integrate over fifty applications into SailPoint 
• Develop APIs for SailPoint application integration as needed (SaaS/Vendor/Home Grown) 
• Assist and lead a wide range of CyberSecurity projects such as:
  • DLP
  • SIEM implementation
  • Automation
  • Security Awareness 

What We’re Looking for  

• Minimum 4+ years of extensive hands-on SailPoint implementation 
• Experience integrating and developing REST APIs
• Working knowledge of IAM concepts such as discretionary and RBAC access management methodologies 
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards 
• Strong knowledge of AWS 
• Knowledge of enterprise Identity providers (OKTA/DUO) 
• Experience with other non-IAM cyber security projects  
• Passion for learning new technologies and keeping pace with rapidly evolving Information Security challenges  
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proficient English (both spoken and written) 
• Passion for collaborating, tackling hard problems and not being afraid to ask questions

For job positions in NYC, NY, and other locations where required, the estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $150,000 USD to $220,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for annual cash incentives, equity, and other benefit programs.
