What’s this role about?Â
As part of our Retail team, you’ll be joining our store in our York Outlet, as our Senior Sales Associate on a permanent , full time basis. You’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the store and motivating team members to ensure all sales and operational goals are met and exceeded.Â
What you’ll be doingÂ
- Delivering an exceptional customer service experienceÂ
- Supporting the opening and closing of the storeÂ
- Inspiring the team to ensure sales targets are continuously metÂ
- Delegating duties and responsibilities to sales team ensuring they deliver and complete to the highest standard in a timely mannerÂ
- Assisting the management team in leading the team to meet KPIs for the storeÂ
What you’ll ideally bring to the roleÂ
- A passion for premium or luxury product helps, but we’re open to all customer-facing backgroundsÂ
- Be able to see things through the customer’s eyesÂ
- Excellent customer service skillsÂ
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing prioritiesÂ
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environmentÂ
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Have excellent organisational and decision-making skillsÂ
- Be a team playerÂ
- Good written and verbal communication skills
