About the Role
The Sales Account Executive is face of the company to our prospective clients, providing information and overall exceptional customer service. Our ideal applicant is aggressive about achieving quotas and actively seeking out high-profile opportunities. They are the ultimate communicator and negotiator, able to continue the relationship building process from our BDR team, provide accurate expectations to prospective clients, and close the deal.
The base salary range of this role is $100,000 - $125,000/year plus commission. We also provide 401k with matching, available after your first year.
This is a hybrid role; candidates in the Boston area are welcome to work out of our office a few days per week.

What You'll Be Doing
- Working with our sales team to meet sales quotas by presenting services and the agency's value to prospective clients
- Closing leads that have been generated by the Sales Development team; driving sales from beginning to the end of the funnel
- Negotiating agreements and keeping records of sales and data, preparing regular pipeline forecasting reports.
- Managing mid-market and book of business, support book of referral partnerships & accounts
- Developing new sales strategies and network with strategic partners in the E-Commerce space to leverage services and earn referrals
- Creating detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
- Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
- Providing feedback to Sales Development team in terms of lead quality, messaging, suggestions, etc.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of full cycle sales/business development experience
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot), social media platforms, and LinkedIn required
- Strong writing, creative networking, and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A strong sense of perseverance
- Intellectually curious and self-motivated
