Job Description

Team: Analyst

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Analyst - IN in India (Remote - Karnataka).

This role sits at the heart of a modern Go-To-Market (GTM) analytics ecosystem, helping transform complex revenue and sales data into a unified, trusted source of truth. You will design and scale data models that power executive dashboards, self-service analytics, and advanced AI-driven insights. Working across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Data Engineering teams, you will play a key role in aligning business metrics and storytelling. The environment is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and deeply data-driven, with strong emphasis on scalability and automation. You will build production-grade data products in Snowflake and define semantic models that standardize how performance is measured across the organization. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving complex data problems and enabling strategic decision-making at scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable Snowflake data models supporting GTM analytics, reporting, and AI/ML use cases.
  • Develop robust dimensional models (facts and dimensions) with well-defined grain, relationships, and governance standards.
  • Establish and maintain a centralized semantic/metrics layer ensuring consistent definitions of key GTM KPIs (pipeline, ARR, conversion, forecasting).
  • Deliver consumption-ready datasets in collaboration with BI teams to enable accurate and efficient dashboarding in Tableau.
  • Integrate and model data from core GTM systems such as Salesforce and Clari, ensuring reliability across revenue processes.
  • Build AI-ready data foundations, including feature tables and reusable datasets for machine learning and Snowflake Cortex use cases.
  • Use SQL, Python, and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, Git workflows) to build scalable, production-ready data pipelines.
  • Requirements:

    • Strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake, including data modeling, performance tuning, and scalable architecture design.
    • Production experience with dbt, including modular modeling, testing frameworks, and semantic/metrics layer development.
    • Advanced SQL skills with the ability to debug, optimize, and transform complex datasets.
    • Solid understanding of Salesforce data structures (opportunities, accounts, pipeline, lifecycle stages).
    • Experience working with Clari or similar forecasting tools is highly desirable.
    • Strong knowledge of Tableau and how data modeling impacts dashboard performance and usability.
    • Proficiency in Python for data transformation and analytics (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn preferred).
    • Experience or strong exposure to AI/ML concepts, including predictive modeling, segmentation, and forecasting.
    • Familiarity with Snowflake Cortex, Snowpark, or other AI/LLM-enabled data platforms is a strong plus.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation with equity participation.
      • Flexible paid time off, holidays, and volunteer days.
      • Comprehensive private healthcare coverage for employees and family.
      • Life insurance and personal accident insurance benefits.
      • Fertility support and paid parental leave programs.
      • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for wellbeing support.
      • Flexible remote-first working environment.
