Senior Sales Analyst (Salesforce)
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Extract relevant and meaningful data from multiple sources (primarily using Salesforce) and apply it to solutions and visualizations that are scalable, standardized, and supported by a well-defined implementation approach with a focus on producing user-friendly and meaningful analytics for the organization.
- Develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address business needs. Create and demo working proofs of concepts using out-of-the-box features of Salesforce TCRM.
- Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com end users across TCRM, including core technologies and processes, and all upstream and downstream connected applications and integrations.
- Consult with and advise other team members when they have challenges in building a technical solution within TCRM.
- Design, create, automate, and distribute sales reports and dashboards that provide accurate reporting, forecasting, KPI visualizations, and sales opportunities.
- Support report/dashboard distribution and day-to-day operation by developing the process, structure, methodologies, standards, guides, and SOPs.
- Must be able to run and troubleshoot queries, reconcile data, and identify discrepancies in either raw or final data.
- Optimize, automate, and troubleshoot existing reports and dashboards.
- Maintain team standards on quality, delivery and turn-around-time.
- Partner with corporate and field team members to provide data sets and solutions as required.
- Conduct training for user base on analytic and reporting tools as necessary.
- Continuously explore technology options to drive enhancements, automation, and improved efficiencies. May make recommendations to management and initiate implementation of new protocols, methodologies, equipment, and processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years' experience with TCRM and Einstein Discovery. This includes the ability to create dashboards, understand TCRM data flows/recipes, and translate business requirements to technical requirements.
- Prefer competency in JSON, SAQL/SQL. Aptitude to rapidly learn other relevant tools.
- Strong capabilities in Excel and Access required.
- Aptitude to automate and create reporting efficiencies.
- High level of resourcefulness and problem solving skills are critical to this role.
- Requires strong customer service, collaboration and communication skills. Ability to interface with various levels of Corporate & Field-based management and personnel.
- Be able to work within team procedures but also have the willingness and ability to adapt to business and organizational change in direction or needs.
- Able to manage competing demands and requirements efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Position is independent and requires an organized, detail-oriented self-starter who will be responsible for follow through.
- Must be comfortable working with financial numbers.
- Knowledge of LabCorp Systems (1100, LCBS, DataMart) would be helpful.
- Knowledge of the laboratory industry, healthcare, hospitals and managed care a plus.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Math or equivalent with 4+ years of related experience or Associate's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Math or equivalent with 6+ years of related experience.
Pay Range: $49,920 - $95,000 annually
