Team: Account Executive
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Associate in India.
In this role, you will act as a key driver of customer engagement and revenue growth within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs, demonstrate product capabilities, and deliver tailored solutions that maximize satisfaction and long-term value. The position combines consultative selling, product expertise, and proactive outreach to build strong relationships with decision-makers, including C-level stakeholders. You will play an important role in executing sales targets, identifying upsell opportunities, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes. Working closely with customer success and support teams, you will ensure a seamless customer journey from first contact to adoption. Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales execution, customer engagement, and relationship management to achieve revenue goals and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Deliver high-quality sales experiences by guiding customers through product features, demos, and tailored recommendations.
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while actively identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls and emails), engaging decision-makers and building strong client relationships.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and stay updated on new features, enhancements, and market trends.
- Collaborate with co-workers, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, campaigns, and overall performance.
- Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in sales, ideally in SaaS, IT, or technology-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer engagement, and consultative selling techniques.
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or MBA qualification preferred.
