Imprivata Inc. seeks Sr. Sales Business Intelligence Analyst in Waltham, MA
Duties:
-Design and build dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and access business essential analytics.
-Provide the reporting on financials, sales performance, data trend and forecasting needed by sales and financial leadership.
-Own the sales forecasting methodology including the tooling and process for the sales team and leadership.
-Provide data and standardized templates to the Sales team.
-Collaborate with business leaders and end users to understand business processes, identify reporting and analytics needs, and help determine potential solutions.
-Leverage data to answer important business questions and inform real business decisions.
-Partner with our integration analysts and data engineers to implement and monitor any integration between business systems needed for data analysis.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Management Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, or related field. Requires 2 years as a Business Intelligence Analyst or related role. Employer will accept experience gained as a Research Assistant and Intern.
Requires 2 years of experience with each of the following skills:
-Data visualization tools including Tableau, Clari, CRM-Analytics, or PowerBI;
-SQL; and
-Business Intelligence best practices and methodologies, including requirements definition, data acquisition processes, data modeling, process automation, escalation procedures, construction and deployment.
Requires any amount of experience with Salesforce and ERP data.
