Job Summary

Support (Sr.) sales executive and/or (Sr.) (Regional) client executive in producing and retaining profitable business in the large group segment. Interact with consultants, brokers, benefit administrators and Optima Health business units to achieve these objectives. Conduct group educational meetings with members and prospective members as requested. Demonstrate knowledge about health insurance products, basic underwriting principles, self-funded arrangements and PPACA provisions impacting the Large Employer segment.

Bachelor's degree and 1 years related experience required or HS grad and 5 years related experience. Related years of experience includes Business Acumen, Customer Relation, Employee Benefits, Health Insurance Industry or related field. Must obtain a L-HIL or L-LIFEHI within 90 days of hire.
