HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Senior Sales Coordinator - Enterprise Accounts is responsible for supporting the Sales Directors and Relationship Managers (RMs) aligned to our Enterprise Accounts (EA). The primary responsibilities of this role include partnering with Sales Managers and Relationship Managers, addressing client requests and assisting in the development of presentations and communications. The ideal incumbent will be client centric, motivated, team oriented, and accountable.
  • Partner with Senior RMs to provide support to Enterprise Accounts
  • Responsible for Operations inquiries (agreements, funding, files, recalls, etc.) related to EAs
  • Coordinate contract changes with the Client and internal Legal Team
  • Provide support for DocuSign campaigns
  • Facilitate reporting to Enterprise Accounts as needed
  • Take calls and emails from current and prospective John Hancock clients and for Fidelity terminating plans
  • Serve as backup to Senior RMs as needed
  • Assist in the development of presentations and communications to EA
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Previous Financial Service and/or Account Management Experience preferred
