This role sits at the intersection of high-touch outbound sales and premium brand storytelling, focused on connecting luxury and lifestyle businesses with impactful creative and branding solutions. You will play a key role in building pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value prospects within carefully defined ideal customer profiles. Working in a relationship-driven environment, you will prioritize personalization and relevance over volume, ensuring every interaction with senior decision-makers is meaningful. The role requires strong commercial awareness of luxury, hospitality, and premium consumer markets, along with the ability to craft tailored outreach that resonates with executive audiences. You will collaborate closely with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy, directly influencing revenue growth. This is a remote-first role within an international, fast-paced sales environment where autonomy and ownership are highly valued.
Accountabilities:
- Book 8–12 qualified discovery meetings per month with director-level and executive stakeholders
- Maintain high show rates (70%+) by ensuring strong qualification and engagement quality
- Build, manage, and maintain targeted account lists using CRM systems such as Attio or similar
- Execute highly personalized outbound campaigns via LinkedIn and cold email outreach
- Research target accounts deeply to ensure relevance, accuracy, and tailored messaging
- Engage premium brands across luxury real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, and consumer sectors
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and prospect replies within agreed SLAs
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, including notes, activity tracking, and pipeline updates
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy
- Contribute directly to pipeline generation and revenue growth through qualified opportunities
- 3+ years of experience in SDR, outbound sales, business development, or lead generation roles
- Background in creative agencies, branding, marketing services, or digital media sales
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and account-based marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven experience engaging senior decision-makers and executive-level stakeholders
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment
- Experience using LinkedIn outreach and cold email personalization at scale
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Attio, Salesforce, or similar tools
- Strong research skills to tailor outreach based on brand positioning and business needs
