FastSpring is currently seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. As a Senior SDR, you will raise awareness and generate interest for FastSpring’s industry leading ecommerce solution through cold calling, emailing, custom video prospecting, and social outreach to prospective customers. You will work diligently to identify new potential clients for FastSpring, while driving the creation of a sales pipeline. This position is remote.

Typical daily responsibilities will include:

  • Create interest and buzz for FastSpring solutions amongst a diverse global client base.
  • Contact potential clients to identify, cultivate and develop opportunities.
  • Use of strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments with Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to log, track and maintain customer contact records.
  • Identify and remove typical buying objections in prospect discussions.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to keep current with technology.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years in a quota driven prospecting role, outbound experience required
  • Confident communicator; strong written and verbal skills are critical.
  • Ability to focus on results while working independently.
  • Self-starter, capable of organizing tasks and staying focused in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing goals based on customer demands and market conditions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: capable of accurately assessing needs, maintaining a calm, focused business demeanor, and taking quick action to resolve issues.
  • Possess an interest in eCommerce software and/or other web/internet applications, a plus.
  • Interest in working within a start-up/scale-up environment in a rapidly expanding and changing environment.

Compensation: This role carries a total compensation OTE of $73,500
