Senior Sales Development Representative (Sr. SDR)

Position Overview: (12-month timeline for promotion to Account Executive) demandDrive is searching for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to target some of the largest enterprise-level companies in the world. This SDR will become a trusted resource and develop relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, think creatively, learn quickly, be highly self-motivated, and approach sales and marketing leaders in a consultative manner.
Responsibilities:
- Promote demandDrive through extensive and thoughtful outbound calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.
- Schedule Discovery Meetings for the Executive Sales Team.
- Provide in-depth information to the Sales team to ensure the most qualified and productive meetings.
- Research enterprise-level accounts, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, and develop accounts to create opportunities.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Directors on account strategy.
- Assist in building awareness through special projects and events as needed.
- Maintain all contacts/opportunities and record all progress in HubSpot.
Key Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of proven excellence in business development, inside sales, and/or sales.
- Bachelorโs degree from a four-year college (Business program preferred).
- Consultative sales experience is highly desired.
- Experience using HubSpot or comparable CRM is strongly preferred.
- Experience using sales enablement toolsย
- 100% reliable and detail-oriented with a drive to execute flawlessly.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a tireless work ethic.
- Driven and self-sufficient.
- Residence in the Greater Boston area is strongly desired.
