Job Family Definition:

We are looking for an innovative and creative Sales Enablement Content to develop high-quality field resources including sales guides, playbooks, and training for a top-performing enterprise field organization. In this role, you will craft, plan, organize, and develop sales assets and training materials in support of HPE's Compute business unit, with a particular focus on AI. Key to your success will be using your intellectual curiosity, excellent writing skills, business insight, proven understanding of sales process, industry-vertical knowledge and collaborative nature to develop sales resources that connect the industry dynamics and compute needs of enterprises to the power of HPE Compute AI offerings.

You will partner closely with HPE's Product, Solution, and Marketing teams to help the field organizations (both internal sales teams and channel partners) demonstrate the knowledge and skills vital to effectively position and sell HPE solutions. You will use those cross-functional relationships to actively support the field and partner channels with effective sales assets, sales training, industry context, and product positioning. Success requires skills to scale subject-matter expertise to the masses, great collaboration, outstanding organizational and program management skills, the ability to work across organizations with disparate needs, creativity, AI subject matter expertise and original thinking to proactively identify new and different approaches to this charter and measure its effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain global ownership of HPE Compute Sales Enablement strategy & process for AI solution content -program management, documentation, goals, execution, process improvements.
  • Define needed toolset - meet with partner community and internal teams to prioritize sales tool requirements for partners and internal sales organization.
  • Work with internal teams to build and package high-value, easy-to-use field tools (sales guides, training decks, presentations, demos, collateral, etc.).
  • Apply experience to build impactful sales and technical training content.

Education and Experience Required:

  • BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years marketing, field enablement, product marketing, business development or sales experience.
  • Agency, agency management, sales and/or channel experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Acknowledged mastery of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.
  • Ability to manage sales enablement vendors.
  • In-depth understanding of the industry and AI offerings

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. Annual Salary: $111,000.00 - $255,500.00
