Helix by Q2 (QTWO) is the Banking as a Service platform powering some of the biggest names in fintech banking today. Over the years, weβve worked with amazing clients such as Square, Credit Karma, Betterment, Acorns, Gusto, and many others to launch next-generation financial services that are redefining banking for millions of everyday Americans nationwide. Helix is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to continue our success with scaling our revenue organization.
The Senior Sales Enablement Manager for Helix is responsible for Revenue and Partnerships sales efficiency and effectiveness across a wide range of initiatives such as pricing, packaging, sales process improvement, supporting marketing activities, and fostering a culture of continual learning and development. This individual will be crucial to connecting the dots between Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to drive alignment in go to market messaging, process, and execution to advance net new pipeline opportunities for Helix by Q2.
The primary audience of these enablement efforts are enterprise Fintech companies, partners, and brands across verticals, looking to offer comprehensive banking services including savings accounts, spend accounts, and card programs.
This position can sit in Helix by Q2βs headquarters in Austin, TX or remotely within the US.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop, deploy, and track enablement initiatives such as pricing, packaging, process improvement and support marketing activities. Includes programmatic design delivery to Sales, Client Success, Business Development, and ongoing Support teams.
- Create and continue to iterate knowledge transfer of best practices, processes, and tools across team members, stakeholders, and SMEs.
- Create content for the sales team in support of moving deals through funnel such as training materials, cheat sheets, skills pages, competitive battle cards, sales 101βs and overall sales playbook. This will also include liaising with marketing to build blogs, white papers, one-pagers, customer testimonials, etc.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Embedded banking industry, Helixβs product offering, and our unique value propositions. Leverage knowledge strategic thinking to become a thought leader within Helix and our broader industry.
- Collaborate on Partner Management opportunities with third party Partners
- Partner with Operations team and utilize sales tools to extrapolate key learnings and strategize on plans for development of the team
- Develop cross sell techniques, programs and tracking of campaigns to enable our client success team to effectively uncover and identify new opportunities
- Partner with the product marketing and content teams to develop effective sales materials such as pitch decks and collateral. Champion these materials to the Sales and Partnerships Organization to drive scalable and repeatable sales journey across existing and new product and partner launches.

Core Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales strategy
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related majors
- Growth mindset, and ability to build, learn, adapt, and grow as a thought leader
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment and communicate effectively to influence stakeholders and executives
- Experience researching, designing, and implementing Sales Enablement initiatives
- Understanding of financial services and fintech industry
- Understanding of, and successful experience with, complex sales process
- Willing to travel up to 10% of time
- Ability to work from a home office, if applicable
