ezCater is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join our team that will educate and deliver a sales methodology training program for our Corporate Solutions and Catering Partner organizations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of various sales methodologies and the ability to effectively teach and coach our sales teams in applying these methodologies to increase sales effectiveness and achieve revenue targets.Â
What You'll Do:
- Create, implement and deliver training programs focused on a sales methodology to improve the performance of our sales team.
- Work with existing sales trainers to implement into new hire onboarding.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and subject matter experts to identify the most effective sales methodologies for our teams and ensure training programs are aligned with our sales strategy.Â
- Work closely with existing Sales Trainers and our Sales Coaches to conduct weekly checkpoints to ensure consistent alignment across our sales strategy.
- Conduct training sessions that deliver engaging and interactive presentations, activities, and exercises that build and reinforce knowledge and skills. These training sessions will impact Business Development Representatives, Account Executives, Implementation Specialists, and Account Managers.
- Develop training materials and resources, including presentations, handouts, exercises, and assessments, that support the training program and can be used for ongoing learning and development.
- Reinforce training and ensure effective application of sales methodology alongside coaches.
- Conduct quantifiable and comprehensive quarterly training readouts based on sales training curriculum, along with any ad hoc or recursive training.Â
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using surveys, metrics and feedback from participants to continuously improve the program and its impact on sales performance.
- Keep up-to-date with developments in sales methodology and best practices, incorporating new insights and approaches into the training program.
What You Have:Â
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training, with a focus on sales methodology.Â
- Proven experience customizing sales training curriculum to a company’s go-to-market strategy that improves sales performance and achieves revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong knowledge of various sales methodologies, such as consultative selling, solution selling, and value selling.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sales technology tools such as LMS, CRM and other sales enablement platforms.
The national cash compensation range for this role is $79,000 - $135,000* per year.
