At BlueSnap, you'll join a proactive, quick-thinking team driven to scale our rapid-growth direct sales channel. The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales that result in a targeted set of revenue to achieve BlueSnap's growth goals. You will identify marketplace opportunities, prospects, and engages new clients, develops proposals, and manages the contract process. You will also be responsible for ensuring the solution and project execution steps are met in a collaborative and efficient manner. This requires a combination of Discovery, Solutioning, Proposal, ROI and Project Planning and Management. In addition, you will be expected to align with a targeted set of referral partners and integration platform technologies to drive leads and pipeline growth.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving assigned sales targets
- Prospecting and developing new client relationships within a defined geography or market
- Actively pursue new clients in the eCommerce/payment processing market, on a cold call basis as well as through established contacts
- Consulting with clients on business issues and recommending strategies to resolve
- Developing innovative proposals and delivering strategic sales presentations to drive home the ROI and benefits of converting to BlueSnap
- Making actionable and insightful recommendations for new products, extensions, or enhancements
- Resolving sales or delivery issues
- Maintaining prospect, customer profile information, and deal details in our comprehensive CRM setup with Salesforce
- Providing management with appropriate sales activity reports in a timely manner
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a Payments and/or eCommerce sales capacity with a successful track-record of increasing sales and developing effective sales strategies in a self-directed manner
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills with strong attention to details
- Superior business and negotiation skills
- Extensive industry contacts
- Ability and willingness to travel as required
