Arine’s delivers top and bottom-line improvement for our target markets: Medicare Advantage and managed Medicaid health plans, and large “risk bearing” providers/health systems. Arine is seeking a seasoned sales executive to join our growth team to develop and execute a sales funnel.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.

Responsibilities
- Manage sales and revenue performance, including achieving and surpassing targets consistently
- Serve as thought partner to Chief Growth Officer in establishing and managing Arine’s enterprise growth strategy and plan
- Develop and cultivate relationships with leadership at national and regional health plans and pharmacy benefit managers
- Assess market opportunity across health plans to prioritize potential customers
- Partner with client success function to ensure seamless hand-off from sales to client success and operations teams, and to establish customer retention and upsell strategies
- Identify and implement sales process enhancement opportunities
- Clearly articulate the unique value proposition of Arine’s products and services vs. competitors to each client stakeholder
- Pull through sales from prospecting to final contracting and hand-off to client success
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership role with a track record of execution, innovation, and passion for growth in the healthcare industry, preferably with health plans
- Undergraduate degree required. MBA or commensurate experience preferred
- Track record driving profitable growth in a rapidly-scaling organization
- Experience identifying, prospecting, and executing large, enterprise deals, and managing long-term client partnerships into a variety of healthcare stakeholders, including national and regional payer organizations, at-risk providers, and other accountable care organizations
- Strong knowledge of Managed Medicaid, Medicare Advantage and risk bearing provider industry segments including top and bottom-line performance improvement levers, clinical quality and benefits derived from Arine's solutions.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate Arine’s value proposition in the market
- Professional, driven, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills is a must to succeed in this role
- Strong negotiation skills for large enterprise deals
- Ability to identify own qualified health plan prospects
- Ability to build trust and value with clients in phone and email engagements, as well as in-person
