About Us
Radiant Security is the maker of the industry's first AI SOC Analyst, which uses Gen AI to emulate the experience, processes, and decision-making of top-tier security analysts. With Radiant, alerts are sent to our AI analyst before they go to the SOC. Each alert is subjected to dozens to hundreds of dynamically selected tests used to determine maliciousness. Within 3 minutes decision-ready results are available that include a detailed incident summary, root cause analysis, and an incident specific response plan. This means, by the time an analyst sees an incident they know if it was real, what happened, what caused it, and have a plan to fix it. After reviewing the report, analysts can respond manually using AI generated, step-by-step instructions on how to respond to this incident, using single-click responses which run over API connections to take corrective actions, or with fully automated response that runs without human intervention. With Radiant, SOC teams detect more attacks, respond more rapidly, and get more done.


About the role

We’re looking for a builder. A hunter. A problem solver. You do what it takes to win. You will be a part of creating our sales playbook which requires high collaboration with Marketing, Product, Engineering and our founders. The ideal candidate should have a “never give up” attitude, be able to communicate effectively,  have strong relationship building skills, and possess deep domain experience in the cyber security field.


Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify prospective leads and customers in midmarket and enterprise segments
  • Follow-up on leads generated by marketing activities and events
  • Manage relationships in stages of the full sales life cycle from first contact through customer acquisition
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports
  • Accurately and continuously track all sales and prospecting activities in CRM
  • Bring powerful insights of customers to our team, contributing to the development of important components in our product
  • Collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering teams on behalf of customers and prospects


Qualification

  • Experienced in cybersecurity field
  • Restless and curious profile, with potential to become a strategic partner to our business
  • Excellent knowledge in sales methodologies 
  • Advanced negotiation skills, with proven background in hard negotiations


Radiant Security participates in E-Verify for US employees.
